Our dessert menu varies from day to day and is all traditional Thai delicatessens. Freshly made every morning, it is hard to disappoint. All of our ingredients for our desserts are organic and we use the best alternatives for sugar such as palm sugar, coconut sugar and maple. The flavoring and coloring for our delicatessens are all from natural resources using Butterfly Pea Flowers and Rose petals.

Kay is the co-owner of Bananas Thai and happens to be our sweet "Kanom Wan Master". "Kanom Wan" means "Sweet Desserts." Kay wakes up every morning to create her special dessert of the day. These recipes were passed on down from generations of Thai Village Dessert makers.
